服務係咩
提供網上餐單頁同短連結；客人撳掣後用官方 wa.me 開啟預填 WhatsApp 訊息。我哋唔係 WhatsApp／Meta；唔代收客人餐費、唔接單、唔送餐、唔保證訊息必達或店主必覆。平台向店主收取之訂閱／買斷費用（如有）唔等同代收餐費。
店主責任（硬條款）
1. 你對餐單、價錢、過敏原、供應、法例牌照（食物／商業登記等）全權負責。
2. 你保證上載內容真實、合法、唔侵權、唔誤導。
3. 因餐單錯誤、食物安全、交易糾紛、稅務引起嘅索償，由店主承擔；你同意就呢類索償賠償同開脫營運者（法律允許範圍內）。
4. 唔好收集／要求兒童提供個人資料作帳戶用途。
5. 首次發佈前你必須確認已閱讀並同意本條款同私隱政策。
客人
你用公開連結即明白訂單經 WhatsApp 同店主直接完成；本平台唔係買賣合約一方。
可接受使用
禁止：違法、詐騙、垃圾、惡意軟件、侵犯他人權利、冒充、爬取濫用、用我哋商標誤導為 WhatsApp 官方。免費層唔好擅自移除浮水印同品牌標示。
商標
「WhatsApp」係 Meta 商標。本服務僅以技術連結方式打開 WhatsApp；品牌名「店單／MenuLink」同 Meta 無關。唔准用 WhatsApp／Meta logo 做你嘅店單品牌。
收費同方案
免費層（Free）
1 個公開餐單；可能有浮水印同公開頁頁尾廣告。
Pro（月費）
費用：港幣 HK$48／月（或結帳頁顯示之等值）。權益以結帳當時產品說明為準（典型：去浮水印、擴編輯／品項能力等）。按月續訂；取消後用至已付費期完結。
買斷（一次付清）
費用：港幣 HK$480 一次。範圍：1 個店主帳戶／1 個公開餐單短連結（1 店）；功能對齊結帳當時之 Pro 功能說明。唔構成「終身保證」：一次付清只覆蓋當日公布之功能範圍；日後重大新功能或第三方成本上升，營運者可另訂升級方案，但唔會單方面抽走你已買斷之當日範圍核心功能（法律允許下合理維護除外）。
付款
付費經 Stripe（或結帳頁標示之同等付款處理商）完成。你同意遵守該處理商條款。營運者唔儲存完整信用卡號碼。
價格改動
免費以外之價目可改；改前會以網站或電郵合理通知。已生效之買斷唔因之後加價而要求補差價（升級新方案除外）。
退款同取消
1. Pro 月費： 可隨時取消續訂（帳戶或電郵 bodetechnologyhk@gmail.com）；已扣之當期一般不設按日退款，你可用至期末。法律強制要求之退款除外。
2. 買斷： 付款後 7 日內，若你尚未使用買斷專屬功能（例如仍未去浮水印／未用僅 Pro／買斷先有之能力），可電郵要求全額退款；逾期或已使用專屬功能，原則上不退，個別情況可酌情（電郵提出）。
3. 因欺詐、濫用或違約被終止帳戶，已付款可不獲退還（法律另有規定除外）。
4. 退款途徑與原付款方式相同（由付款處理商處理時間而定）。
免責
服務「按現狀」提供。喺法律允許下，營運者唔對間接損失、利潤損失、資料遺失負責；直接責任上限＝你過去 12 個月付畀我哋嘅費用（免費用戶＝0）。
終止
我哋可因違約、違法或濫用暫停／終止帳戶。你可隨時停用同要求刪戶（電郵聯絡）。Pro 取消唔等於即時刪戶；刪戶另提要求。
改條款
網站公布後生效。爭議先善意協商；否則交香港法院。本版相對 v0.2：加入 Pro／買斷付款、退款、取消同 1 店範圍。

服务是什么
提供网上菜单页与短链接；顾客点击按钮后通过官方 wa.me 打开预填 WhatsApp 消息。我们不是 WhatsApp／Meta；不代收顾客餐费、不接单、不送餐、不保证消息必达或店主必复。平台向店主收取的订阅／买断费用（如有）不等于代收餐费。
店主责任（硬条款）

What the service is
We provide an online menu page and short link. After the customer taps the button, an official wa.me link opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. We are not WhatsApp/Meta. We do not collect customer meal payments, take orders, deliver food, or guarantee message delivery or a shop reply. Any subscription/buyout fees you pay us as a shop owner are not meal payments on behalf of customers.
Shop owner responsibilities (hard terms)
1. You are fully responsible for your menu, prices, allergens, availability, and any licences required by law (food / business registration, etc.).
2. You warrant that uploaded content is true, lawful, non-infringing, and not misleading.
3. Claims arising from menu errors, food safety, transaction disputes, or tax are borne by the shop owner; you agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless for such claims to the extent permitted by law.
4. Do not collect or require children's personal data for account purposes.
5. Before first publish you must confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Customers
By using a public link you understand that the order is completed between you and the shop via WhatsApp; this platform is not a party to the sale contract.
Acceptable use
Prohibited: illegal activity, fraud, spam, malware, infringement, impersonation, abusive scraping, or using our marks to imply you are an official WhatsApp service. Free-tier users must not remove the watermark or brand marks without entitlement.
Trademarks
"WhatsApp" is a Meta trademark. This service only opens WhatsApp via a technical link. The brand "店單 / MenuLink" is unrelated to Meta. Do not use WhatsApp/Meta logos as your menu brand.
Fees and plans
Free
One public menu; may include a watermark and footer ads on the public page.
Pro (monthly)
Fee: HK$48 per month (or the amount shown at checkout). Benefits are as described at checkout (typically: remove watermark, expanded editing / items, etc.). Renews monthly; after cancel you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Buyout (one-time)
Fee: HK$480 once. Scope: one shop-owner account / one public menu short link (1 shop); features match the Pro description at checkout.
This is not a "lifetime guarantee": one-time payment covers the feature scope published that day. Major new features or third-party cost increases may be offered as separate upgrades, but we will not unilaterally remove core features within the buyout scope you purchased (subject to reasonable maintenance as permitted by law).
Payment
Paid via Stripe (or another processor shown at checkout). You agree to that processor's terms. We do not store full card numbers.
Price changes
Non-free prices may change with reasonable notice on the site or by email. An active buyout will not require a top-up solely because later list prices rise (upgrades to new plans excepted).
Refunds and cancellation
1. Pro monthly: Cancel renewal anytime (in-account or email bodetechnologyhk@gmail.com). The current paid period is generally non-refundable day-by-day; you may use it until period end, except where law requires otherwise.
2. Buyout: Within 7 days of payment, if you have not used buyout-only features (e.g. watermark still on / Pro-or-buyout-only capabilities unused), you may email for a full refund. After that window or after using those features, refunds are generally not available; exceptions may be considered case-by-case by email.
3. If the account is terminated for fraud, abuse, or breach, paid amounts may be non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
4. Refunds go back via the original payment method (timing depends on the processor).
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or data loss; direct liability is capped at fees you paid us in the prior 12 months (HK$0 for free users).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, illegality, or abuse. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by email. Cancelling Pro is not the same as deleting the account; deletion is a separate request.
Changes
Changes take effect when published on the site. Disputes: good-faith negotiation first; otherwise Hong Kong courts. Relative to v0.2: added Pro/buyout payment, refunds, cancellation, and 1-shop scope.
